The dress form was inspired by Miranda Edney. When I seen hers on YouTube I knew I had to create one. I did a few things
different then Miranda's. I adhered 4 "dress" parts together and then I
fed a painted dowel rod through the center of
the dress's and adhered with adhesive, slipped on some painted wooden spools
and attached the dowel rod to a painted and crackled base that hubby drilled for me. I then
finished adding all the "dress" parts and inked them up. I added some
Jewelry beads to the top and added some vintage lace and a small I am
roses flower. I finished the spools off with more vintage lace and some
vintage fabric... I
love how it turned out and I hope my swap partner does also... Now to
create one for me.. hehe
Thanks so much for looking and I will be back tomorrow with another project. Till then... Happy Crafting.
